Screening & Discussion: Subash Thebe Limbu

The image is a film-still from NINGWASUM 2021, a film by artist Subash Thebe Limbu. The image shows a person wearing an astronaut's suit, but with no helmet. They are standing in a landscape that is perhaps that of another planet. There are motifs and decorative patches on the space suit that suggest member ship of different organisations. The person has short brown hair and has their nose pierced, with a decorative piece of gold jewellery that appears to be a scorpion.
